1. Eligibility for Returns:


   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
   - Please note that certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

2. Return Process:


   - If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mail.casufit.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you would like to return.
   - We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
   - Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

 

3. Return Reasons and Associated Policies:


   a) Client Responsibility (Remorse):


      - If you have a change of heart or are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within the specified timeframe outlined below.
      - We kindly request that you cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

 

   b) Defective Item:


      - In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the product.
      - We will arrange for the return shipping of the defective item at our expense.
      - Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and proceed with either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

 

4. Timeframe for Returns:


   - For returns due to client responsibility (remorse), you have an unlimited timeframe to initiate the return from the date of purchase.
   - For returns due to a defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

 

5. Refund Process:


   - Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
   - If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
   - Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

6. Re-Stocking Fee:


   - We do not charge any re-stocking fee for returned items. You will receive a full refund of the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

 

7. Exchanges:


   - Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as per the instructions provided in Section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Order cancellation:

Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a 15% cancellation fee shall be applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
